Tub Exchange Policy
How the exchange works
Subscribers receive a reusable ventilated tub. On each route day we drop a fresh, stocked tub and take the empty one back, then sanitize and rebuild it at our facility.
Your part
Feed straight from the tub during the week and leave the empty tub out on your next route day so we can swap it.
Damaged or missing tubs
Normal wear is on us. If a tub goes missing or is damaged beyond reuse, let us know and we will bring a replacement on your next delivery.
