Copper State Feeders

FAQ & POLICIES

Questions, Answered

How does the weekly subscription billing work?+

You are charged once per month, in advance, and receive one delivery every week. A standard billing cycle covers four scheduled weekly deliveries — you are never charged separately for each drop. If a fifth scheduled delivery lands inside a cycle, it rolls into the next cycle.

How fresh are the feeders?+

Every tub is pulled and counted the morning of your route day. Nothing sits in a warehouse or bakes on a truck.

What if something arrives dead?+

Our live feeder guarantee covers it. Text us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we credit or replace the count on your next delivery.

Can I skip a week or pause?+

Yes. Skip, pause, change size or cancel any time before your route day from My Subscriptions. No fees and no contract.

Do you ship outside Arizona?+

Not yet. We are local delivery only across San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gilbert and Apache Junction. Customer pickup is not available.

Are dubia roaches safe for chickens?+

They are one of the best protein treats you can give a flock — higher protein than crickets, and they cannot climb smooth walls or infest your yard.

What is the tub exchange?+

Subscribers get a reusable ventilated tub. We drop a fresh one and take the empty back on each route day, then sanitize and rebuild it at our facility.

How is the delivery fee charged?+

One flat delivery fee per order. On a weekly plan it is charged once for the whole month — not for each weekly drop — and it is already included in your monthly price.
