Every tub is pulled, sorted and counted the morning of your route day. Nothing sits in a warehouse or bakes on a truck.
How to make a claim
If something arrives dead, text us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We credit or replace the count on your next delivery.
What is covered
The guarantee covers feeders that arrive dead or in poor condition. It does not cover losses after delivery caused by heat exposure, improper storage or an unventilated container.
